Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to individuals, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, building strong relationships.
• Help clients maintain their independence in their own homes, promoting their well-being.
• Ensure the client's living environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Follow care plans and ensure clients receive the appropriate level of care and attention.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Care Worker or Home Carer is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Compassionate and caring nature, with a focus on providing person-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the needs of each client.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts if required.
• Must have a full UK driving license for home carer roles (desirable).
