Key Responsibilities
:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications.
  • Assist in planning and developing menus, including seasonal and special dishes.

  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Monitor portion control, waste, and food cost management.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar role.
  • Culinary school training or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
