Key Responsibilities:

Create and Design Visual Content:
- Develop and design digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, newsletters, and promotional content for the clinic.
- Generate design ideas based on project requirements and conceptualize visuals that align with the marketing goals.

Collaborate with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are consistent with the clinic’s branding and communication strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Design and Maintain Website Graphics:
- Design and update website graphics, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly experience for visitors.
- Ensure web content is visually appealing and meets design specifications for desktop and mobile users.

Manage Multiple Design Projects:
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
- Prioritize work based on the project timeline and business needs.

Create Branding Elements:
- Develop brand guidelines, logos, and other essential elements to enhance the company’s brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms, including print, digital, and in-store promotional materials.

Stay Up-to-Date with Design Trends and Technology:
- Maintain knowledge of design trends and the latest software technology, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Implement new design tools and trends to improve the quality and impact of visual content.

Prepare Design Layouts for Printing:
- Prepare print-ready files and work with printers and vendors to ensure quality control over final materials.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.

Review and Amend Designs as Necessary:
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients or the marketing team, ensuring the highest quality before finalizing materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing or branding.
- Strong portfolio of completed designs that demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and experience across a variety of media.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours:
- Hours: 37.50 hours per week. Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM). Occasional overtime may be required based on project deadlines.
