• Maintain high standards of safety, precision, and professionalism throughout each treatment.
• Client Care and Support: Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure the best results.
  Address any questions or concerns clients may have about their treatments.
• Build a professional rapport to ensure a comfortable and trusting environment for all clients.
  Safety and Hygiene Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure laser equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for treatment safety.
• Consultation and Record Management: Perform skin assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Accurately document consultations, treatments, and client information.
• Track client progress, update plans as needed, and arrange follow-up appointments.
• Professional Development and Training: Keep up-to-date with laser therapy trends, techniques, and new technologies.
• Participate in Colaz Harrow’s training sessions to refine skills and maintain relevant certifications.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Suggest skincare products and aftercare solutions to support treatment results.
• Maintain product knowledge to recommend suitable options for each client.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless client experience.
• Assist with general clinic tasks as needed, supporting reception or clinic upkeep.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification in laser therapy, dermatology, or aesthetics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in laser treatment or aesthetic therapy.
• Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and contraindications related to laser treatments.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
• High standards for safety, hygiene, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and time management.
