Aesthetic Clinic Harrow Ltd T/A Colaz is expanding with a new branch in Derby, which will include a dedicated Ayurvedic treatment centre offering traditional and holistic therapies. We are looking to hire two talented Marketing Managers to drive brand growth, manage campaigns, and support our expansion into this innovative wellness space.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, ideally within wellness, healthcare, or aesthetic sectors.
• Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and analytics. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
• Creativity & Strategy: Proven ability to develop creative, effective marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the new Derby branch and Ayurvedic treatment centre.
• Drive brand awareness and client engagement across digital and traditional platforms.
• Oversee social media channels, crafting content to showcase our aesthetic and Ayurvedic services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives and boost client acquisition.
• Manage marketing budgets, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth in the wellness and aesthetics market.
• Work with external partners, influencers, and community networks to expand brand reach and credibility.
