We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our media and creative team at CeylonUK Newspaper, part of the Route One Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on creative projects for our partner businesses, including news publications, health and wellness brands, salons, recruitment companies, and more.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Design print-ready newspaper layouts for CeylonUK Newspaper

• Create social media graphics, posters, digital ads, and branding for Route One Recruitment and its group companies

• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver compelling visual campaigns

• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

• Prepare designs for web and mobile usage, including responsive designs

💡 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)

• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Experience in both print and digital media

• Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Fluent in English; Sinhala/Tamil is a bonus
